As Managing Director, Samantha leads Tape Ark with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, innovation and sustainable growth. In her concurrent role as Company Secretary, she ensures strong governance and compliance, upholding the company’s commitment to accountability and transparency.
Samantha has enjoyed a 20+ year career working for large corporates and innovative SMEs. In these roles, she took on significant corporate governance matters and developed company administrative processes from the ground up, for SMEs. It is this unique perspective that has allowed Samantha to grow in her role since joining Tape Ark Founder & CEO Guy Holmes in 2013, and has become an integral part in leading the Tape Ark global team.
With a pragmatic and collaborative leadership style, Samantha plays a key role in supporting Tape Ark’s success and future growth. Samantha is a Chartered Secretary and assumed her role as Managing Director in November 2024.
