Tape Ark announced today that it has expanded its advisory board to assist its continued global growth plans. Tape Ark is pleased to announce the expansion of our advisory board with the addition of Jonathon Leek OAM. Jonathon has also been an Adjunct Associate Professor and Honorary Fellow at the University of Western Australia Law School. He is a member of the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia and a Legal Officer in the Royal Australian Navy.
“I am very excited to have access to Jonathon and his vast experience. As we scale the company and start to formalise our international growth plans, Jonathan will be instrumental in providing me with common sense oversight and taxation planning and compliance” said Guy Holmes, CEO of Tape Ark.
“I have had a long standing interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning, so I am thrilled to be asked to help Guy and his team grow a company that is positioned to make a global impact in these areas”. Said Jonathon.
Jonathon’s experience at some of the largest consulting and legal firms in the region is going to be a huge asset to Tape Ark moving forward, and his reputation and history of giving back to the Australian community in the form of military service and volunteering is an attribute that fits well with the Tape Ark ethos.
Jonathon is joined on the board by Nancy Edwards Cronin and Simon Stibbs.
Nancy Edwards Cronin is ranked in IAM’s Strategy 300 and is President & Managing Director of ipCapital Group, an IP consulting firm based in Williston Vermont. “It is a real privilege to have this caliber of advisors surrounding me as we embark on a new wave of expansion” said Holmes.
