Tape Ark Appoints Chris Forrester to Lead U.S. Operations
Tape Ark today announced the promotion of U.S. Customer Project Manager Chris Forrester to U.S. Operations Manager, effective January 1, 2026.
In this role, Chris will have end-to-end responsibility for Tape Ark’s U.S. operations, with a mandate to strengthen delivery, quality, and operational alignment across regions. He will work closely with the Dallas-based team and Tape Ark’s Australian headquarters as the company continues to mature its operating model and support its next phase of growth.
Samantha May, Managing Director of Tape Ark, said the appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in operational excellence and global scale. “Chris’s appointment is a significant step forward for our U.S. business,” May said. “He brings strong operational leadership, deep knowledge of our platforms, and a clear focus on quality and execution. As demand for Tape Ark’s solutions continues to grow in the U.S., Chris will play a critical role in ensuring we scale in a disciplined and customer-focused way.”
Chris has been a key contributor to Tape Ark’s operations and brings extensive experience working across teams and regions. His leadership will be central to ensuring consistent delivery standards and closer operational alignment between Tape Ark’s U.S. and Australian teams.

Continued Investment in the U.S. Market
As part of its ongoing expansion in the United States, Tape Ark also confirmed that it will begin recruiting for a U.S.-based Customer Success Manager. The role will support Tape Ark’s growing customer base and further strengthen service delivery and customer engagement in the region.
