The company faces growing demand for its services. We seek someone to help Tape Ark meet this challenge as Delivery and Implementation Manager within the Global Operations team.
As the company expands and grows its core services and partnerships globally, there is often a gap that needs to be bridged to ensure that all of the complexities and collaboration to get some of these novel projects completed satisfactorily are performed. The needs can range from researching technical issues that unexpectedly (or expectedly) arise in a project (given their novelty), to forming and managing new relationships with partners that are needed to get to the eventual goal line.
Quantifying all aspects of what the role will entail is difficult, but as a general rule the role is integral to the business to ensure we deliver on customer deliverables and project success and requires a level of technical understanding that will allow them to:
- Work closely with project managers providing technical guidance, documentation, advice and architecture
- Provide technical documentation including, but not limited to, customer requirements to the development team
- Manage the implementation partners
- Assist the sales process by providing technical sales expertise (both pre and post-sales)
- Act as the eyes, ears, and hands in Perth’s operations to provide assistance as needed for the VP of Global operations
- Take ideas or concepts that are not fully formed and add structure to them so that they can be actioned by internal and external resources
It is essential that you have a deep understanding of storage solutions, infrastructure and technical solutions, experience within a technical background and understanding of technical concepts, commercial experience working in a technical or delivery role and experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
