With operations spanning three continents, incredible partnerships, and blue-chip customers across a range of verticals, we are now looking to expand our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, generating new business across a range of verticals. Having an existing network of IT contacts within one of our core verticals (Broadcast Media, Energy, Life Sciences, Government) would be a great asset. You will also be excited by developing relationships in a range of other verticals we market across. Your cloud literacy will help to shape optimal customer solutions while removing any ambiguity from their path.
Although we help customers with legacy tape migrations, we don’t expect you to have a long history in backup tape. That is something we can share as you focus on the future possibilities for our customers and their data. As part of a global team, you will be accustomed to working across time zones, collaborating with partners, creating and executing your sales plan, and using your commercial creativity to help customers navigate complex solutions.
The position will commence as a work-from-home role, so being a self-starter is critical, and we’re sure you will be waking up with fire in your belly, like we do, once you see the ecosystem and market potential. Come and change the world with us!
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need 10+ years of experience in IT Solution selling. You will also have been in the trenches and have come out smiling at the other side. Your written and verbal communication skills are outstanding, and you have a sound understanding of data and the cloud ecosystem.
